The Cycle Technique Bike Shop Turns Boutique!
The doors of the brand new Cycle Technique boutique and training center are set to open in just one month, July 1, 2010. The new location is five times the size of the current shop, will house swimming, cycling, and running merchandise, and includes a comprehensive specialty training center, as well as a convenient healthy cafe.
Cycle Technique is dedicated to offering club members the most specialized and in-depth training available, through Controlled Personal Performance Coaching (CPP). The new training center features a double endless pool, where you swim or exercise against a smooth current that’s fully adjustable to any speed or ability. With the help of a coach and a motion capture camera, you can break down, review and tweak each individual segment of your stroke.
CPP’s specialized bike training runs the gamut from power-based coached cycling to individual training, to training for race specific periods. The new boutique will house indoor cycling classes, performed on your own bike, on a Computrainer.
Unlike a gym based on pumping iron, the Cycle Technique approach is designed for individuals focused on specialty toning. The new strength room also houses Yoga and Pilates classes, as well as treadmills.
The new café will sell healthy snacks, as well as big screen TV playing relevant sporting events.
A massotherapy room, with space for physio and massage therapists, completes the full-service nature of the new boutique. All the leading edge amenities are designed to help you improve yourself and reach a level you never experienced before.
At Cycle Technique, membership pays. Training with the experts at CPP coaching is not only beneficial to your body, it’s good for your wallet, too! Club members now receive a free CT rewards card, which entitles the cardholder to 10% off all purchases in the boutique, the use of Cycle Technique facilities for club meetings, group runs and rides, and pre-race express service. This card is available to all training members in the Cycle Technique network.
